Renovate Marine Lodge

Contract is for design and construction services to renovate existing Marine lodge within MCAS, Yuma, Arizona. The intent of this project is to convert the facility from a Marine Lodge to an Inns of the Corps (IOTC) standard facility. Renovations of the facility to include remodel of the lobby, kitchen and dining area, creation of a business center and updating guest room finishes to comply with IOTC Design Guidelines.
